Position Overview
We are looking for a Sales Support Intern to assist in building and optimizing Power BI (PBI) dashboards for service operations tracking. This role will closely collaborate with Sales, Service, IT, and Finance teams to improve data visibility and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Support the setup of Power BI dashboards for:

Service PO/SO tracking
Service Work-in-Progress (WIP) monitoring
Revenue tracking (China scope)


Analyze service cost data and identify potential abnormalities or risks
Assist in building and maintaining data tracking tools (PBI or Excel-based)
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Service Managers, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth implementation
Support ongoing data review and improvement of reporting processes

What Success Looks Like

Successfully deliver PBI dashboards that are validated and adopted by Service Managers
Ensure data tracking tools are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business needs

Business Impact

Accelerate PBI implementation through effective coordination with IT and stakeholders
Improve visibility of service operations (PO/SO, WIP, revenue) and support better decision-making

Qualifications

Major in Business Administration or related field
Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) is sufficient

Required Skills

Strong data analysis capability
Good communication skills and stakeholder coordination ability
Fluent in English
