Job Responsibilities岗位职责：
61 Familiar with the operational requirements and processes of international sea freight forwarding.
熟悉国际海运货代操作要求和流程（新手或经验者，公司愿意培养）；
61 Responsible for daily import and export operations primarily focused on sea freight, as well as cargo transportation tracking and management; including arranging booking, trucking, warehouse stuffing, customs declaration, destination transshipment, cost settlement, and other related operations.
负责以海运为主的进出口日常操作，及货物运输的跟踪和管理；包括安排订舱、拖车运输、仓库装箱、报关、目的港转运、费用结算等操作；
61 Conduct cost reconciliation, collections, account checking, and invoicing with clients.
与对应客户进行费用核对、费用催收、对账和开票；
61 Liaise with and provide feedback to container depots and suppliers.
负责公司箱柜、供应商的反馈和对接；
61 Enter data into the system according to SOP and waybill requirements.
根据SOP和面单要求，及时录入系统；
61 Handle emergencies and special incidents during transit and report as required.
对货运过程中出现的特殊事件进行应急处理和汇报；
61 Handle other tasks assigned by supervisors.
完成领导交办的其他工作。

Qualifications 任职要求：
61 Associate degree or above, no specific major required.
大专及以上学历；
61 Having freight forwarding operation experience; sea freight operation experience is preferred. Detail-oriented, diligent, and able to work under pressure
有货代操作经验，有海运操作经验为佳；认真细心，工作勤恳，能承受一定的工作压力；
61 Possess basic English reading and writing skills.
需要一定的英语读写基础；
61 Proficient in Microsoft Office software; familiar with freight forwarding workflows; able to communicate with overseas agents via email in English is a plus.
熟练运用office办公软件，熟悉货代操作流程，能用英语与国外代理邮件沟通者优先；
61 Positive attitude, integrity, responsibility, a strong sense of teamwork, and able to work under pressure
