【Job Responsibilities】
①Marketing event management: Monitor the planning and development process of event projects. Create, Develop, produce and deliver projects from proposal right up to delivery.
②Budget management: Deliver events on time, within budget, that meet expectations.
③Timeline management: Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities on every project.
④Coordination: To manage external and internal resource, Lead the coordination with various vendors, agencies, and third parties on various event management component
⑤Administration: Manage operational and administrative functions (purchasing and accounting processes) to ensure the implementation and closure of projects

【Job Requirements】
①Bilingual in Chinese and English (fluent in both speaking and writing). We welcome graduates of Class 2025 and 2026. Candidates with 2+ years of event planning & execution experience are preferred; fresh graduates with rich experience in organizing community or club activities are also acceptable.
②Have a friendly and approachable personality, strong written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills; possess the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
③Have a solid understanding of marketing and promotion concepts, and be eager to learn new skills. Proficient in PS, AI and other design software is a plus. Experience in graphic design and video production is highly pre
④Good project management and organizational skills, proactive and self-motivated in work, patient and meticulous, and able to work under pressure.
