职责与责任：

电子电气工程师需要支持车用热管理产品的电子零部件的开发、设计工作。

1. 为提供电气元件的技术对接人；
2. 负责本地E/E部分的开发、验证和改进；
? 提供电子电气件的技术草案
? 对供应商技术方案进行审核
? 支持其他部门的电子件验证
? 编辑电子电器件相关技术文档
3. 支持VAVE和质量问题的分析和解决方案；
? 对VAVE方案进行技术分析
? 支持电子件本土化开发
? 对供应商技术方案进行审核
4. 根据公司开发流程完成提交物；
5. 支持质量问题分析及解决；
6. 支持研发试验室运行。

专业需求：
电气工程师需具有电气工程硕士学位。

所需技能和经验：
1. 有乘用车电子电气件开发经验，有1级/2级供应商经验优先；
2. 基本电子电气件知识，优先了解无刷/有刷电机知识的；
3. 具备一定的经验使用相关硬件；
4. 对汽车热系统的电子部件有一定的了解；
5. 对汽车开发流程有一定的经验；
