Work Content:
1, Training academy support: Maintain training records, update courses, assign training, and monitor completion to ensure timely compliance.
2, Quality data analysis: Collect monthly quality data, conduct analysis, and prepare presentations for quality reviews.
3, Audit support: Provide operational assistance during the annual internal quality audit.
4, Complaint investigation: Support investigations by reviewing audit and inspection histories related to service quality.
5, Factory feedback collection: Conduct post-audit/inspection calls using standardized questionnaires.
6, Ad-hoc tasks per management requests.
工作内容：
1、培训体系支持：整理培训档案、更新课程、派发培训任务，跟进完成情况，确保合规要求及时落地 。
2、质量数据分析：汇总月度质量数据，开展分析并制作汇报材料，供质量评审使用。
3、审核协助：配合完成年度内部质量审核相关工作。
4、投诉调查：查阅过往审核及质检记录，协助开展服务质量相关投诉调查。
5、工厂意见收集：依照标准问卷，完成审核 / 质检后的电话回访。
6、完成上级交办的其他临时性工作。
Requirements:
Qualifications
? Currently pursuing a degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
? Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
? Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
? English level: good speaking and writing proficiency

- 英语读写、口语沟通能力出色
- 熟练使用微软办公套件及协作工具（Teams、SharePoint、Excel、PowerPoint）
- 能够独立开展工作，也可在多元文化团队中协作共事
- 英语要求：口语及书面表达能力良好
