About the role

We are looking for an Intern – Media & Communications in our Beijing office to support the company's branding and communication efforts in China.

This role will provide support to the Media and Communications team within the China Corporate Relations team as it builds up brand awareness and position in the country. Current focus area includes responsible supply of the company's products and services, industry best practices (safety, climate change, and sustainability), pioneering innovations, and China partnership stories.

This role is a great opportunity for a progressive individual who wants to learn the fundamentals of branding and enjoys working with a global team.

Reporting to the Principal Advisor Media & Communication, you will be responsible for:

? Translation
? Research on media, stakeholders, and industry topics
? Channel content management and basic operations
? Newsletter formatting and content support
? Initial drafting and consolidation of internal interview notes
? Onsite support for key activities and events
? General communications coordination and administrative support

About you
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
? Strong writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese.
? Creativity and a passion for storytelling.
? Attention to detail & strong execution.
? Confident interpersonal skills, including a high level of discretion and diplomacy, and the ability to develop and sell ideas to senior leaders.
? At least 3 days/week available
? Experience in video production / Photoshop / social media management is a strong plus. 公司简要介绍：
