岗位职责：
1. 协助办公环境维护、办公用品采购与发放；
2. 协助处理公司级会议、活动的筹备协调、现场执行；
3. 处理日常用印申请、合同档案整理归档等文书中台工作。
2. 企业文化与员工关怀 ：策划并落地节日活动、团建等内部活动。
3. 跨部门沟通与项目支持：作为接口人，协助完成各部门间的信息流转、流程审批跟进。
4. 上级领导安排的其他工作。

任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历在读，可保证连续实习不少于3个月；
2. 熟练使用Office办公软件；
3. 做事细心有条理：能妥善处理多线程工作，对文件、流程的准确性有高度责任感；
4. 沟通主动，有服务意识；
5. 性格开朗，能快速响应需求，不怯场；
6. 文字表达清晰，能独立完成基础公文、邮件及活动通知的撰写。
