职位描述：
1. 通过集中培训学习掌握公司产品知识，行业知识，销售技巧等专业知识和技能，并能通过相关的考试,
2. 通过实训强化电话营销及陌生拜访技能，完成公司规定的训练量,
3. 定期复盘，输出销售报告,
4. 考核合格者，进入华北各分公司进行销售岗前实习,
5. 其他分配的实习任务

任职要求：
1. 物流管理、国际贸易、国际商务、英语、市场营销、管理类、心理学类、师范类、跨境电商、小语种语言类等相关专业在校2027应届毕业生,
2. 性格活泼开朗, 有积极主动开发客户的意愿, 乐于尝试通过陌生拜访方式开发客户,
3. 情商高，抗压能力极强，属于活跃且主动型社交人群,
4. 有责任心，良好的学习能力和沟通能力，能适应团队工作协作,
5. 英语达到四级水平或同等水平，可以英文邮件沟通者优先,
6. 有明确往销售方向发展的职业期望,
7. 可实习6个月以上, 周一至周五可实习至少4个工作日,

实习期间考评合格，将有机会毕业留用，留用岗位工作地在华北区的分公司(北京，青岛，天津，西安）
