At TouchPoint Medical, we are committed to developing customer-driven solutions that advance healthcare professionals' delivery of care. We help securely mobilize medical technology and manage medication dispensing in order to create safer and more efficient healthcare environments. We are a global partner to thousands of healthcare facilities around the world for workstations on wheels, medication delivery carts, medical equipment carts, wall mounting systems, and automated dispensing cabinets.

SCOPE OF POSITION:
Under the supervision of the TouchPoint IT department, support & maintain the computing environment & Tel. System including Software, applications & hardware, etc., assist for AI research at TPM Xi’an.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
* Maintain the Xi’an IT inventory list (hardware & software).
* Provide and maintain Xi’an IT CMDB (server and network information).
* Be responsible for maintaining the current Helpdesk system and ensure accurate recording of user issues and then assign tickets to the IS team member.
* Provide IT training and apply setup IT accounts for new users.
* Maintain the server authorization and backup & restore DR plan.
* Support and maintain the computing environment for all users to ensure data integrity, security, virus protection, Internet content filtering and data encryption, etc.
* Assist supervisor for AI research, such as RAG, LLM, Github Copilot, OpenClaw.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor' s degree in computer science, software engineering or related field is required.
* Specific knowledge and experience with personal computers, networking, Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office applications are required.
* Strongly interested in IT & AI technologies.

CORE COMPETENCIES:
* Be able to work in a dynamic environment with frequent changes in business, products and processes.
* Good team player to work with different departments to gain support and deliver solutions.
* Basic AI knowledge is preferred.

CONTROL/ABILITIES:
* Regular attendance is required.
* Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
