Job Description: HR Intern

Type: Internship (3–6 months, with potential for extension or conversion)
Reporting to: HR Sr. Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment Support
o Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for Production Direct Labor (e.g., assembly line workers) and Dispatch Labor based on production planning.
o Support the recruitment of Technician roles, including Mold Setter, Mold Technician, Tooling Technician, and Maintenance Technician.
o Publish job postings, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates.

2. Training Coordination
o Assist in implementing and coordinating the company annual training plan, including logistics, participant communication, and record-keeping.
o Support the preparation and organization of training materials and venues.

3. English Training Support
o Assist in conducting basic English training for internal employees (e.g., daily workplace English or industry-specific terminology), depending on your proficiency and creativity in content design.

4. HR Administrative Support
o Maintain recruitment tracking sheets, candidate databases, and onboarding documentation.
o Provide general support to the HR team on employee engagement or other operational tasks.

Competencies & Qualifications

61 Language: Strong written and oral English skills are a must (able to communicate effectively with global teams or prepare bilingual documents).
61 Learning attitude: Willing to learn, proactive, and open to feedback and development.
61 Education: Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed), preferably in HR, Business Administration, English, or related fields.
61 Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, , Liepin) is a plus.
61 Availability: 5 working days per week.
