Key Responsibilities:
主要职责：

1, Organize ledgers for safety, environmental protection and occupational health; input data concerning hazards, training, personal protective equipment, hazardous waste and equipment inspection; and archive documents for the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems.
整理安全、环保、职业卫生各类台账，录入隐患、培训、劳保、危废、设备点检等数据，归档体系文件（ISO45001/14001）；
2, Participate in workshop inspections, record safety hazards, operational violations, improper chemical storage and PPE non-compliance. Take photos for documentation and follow up on rectification to realize closed-loop management.
跟随车间巡查，记录安全隐患、违规操作、化学品存放、防护穿戴问题，拍照登记，跟进整改闭环；
3, Organize Safety Production Month activities and three-level safety training for new employees, including printing course materials, arranging venues, managing sign-in procedures, on-site recording, and sorting out training records and assessment papers.
筹备安全生产月、新员工三级安全培训：打印课件、布置场地、签到登记、录制现场、整理培训记录与考核试卷；
4, Statistics the application and distribution of PPE; verify the classification, labelling and storage ledgers of hazardous waste, assist in docking with disposal institutions, and sort out MSDS documents.
统计劳保用品申领发放；核对危废分类、标签、储存台账，协助对接处置单位；梳理 MSDS 资料；
5, Assist in posting warning signs for posts exposed to noise, dust and chemical hazards; compile physical examination lists, archive medical reports, and keep inspection records of protective equipment including earplugs and face masks.
协助噪声、粉尘、化学品接害岗位标识张贴，整理体检名单、体检报告归档，防护器具（耳塞、面罩）点检记录；
