Responsibilities
Participated in R&D projects: assisted in gathering information and organizing data; participated in solution design, analysis, testing, and optimization.
Laboratory testing: understand experimental conditions; participate in preliminary testing and feasibility analysis during the early stages of R&D, as well as the production of prototypes.
Process and technical preparation: participate in the planning of large-scale test specimens, as well as the design and setup of processes.
On-site technical support: provide on-site technical support for production lines; record information during the sample preparation process; and compile and analyze data on test results.
Perform other support tasks assigned by the department.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above, with major in chemistry, materials science, physics, and mechanics preferred.
Work in a 2-month internship during the summer break.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT).
Strong learning ability and a serious, responsible attitude.
Fluent English both in spoken and written.
