MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES/岗位职责

1、To ensure all environmental, health and safety rules and guidelines are being adhered, and report all safety incidents to help maintain a safe workplace.
按照安全作业操作，及时汇报任何安全隐患
2、To assist your supervisor in running the shift and delegating jobs, To perform any special projects / analysis when requested by the Supervisor.
按照要求对产品进行分析测试
3、Required to perform the necessary Quality Control activities in the laboratory, also meet the high standard documentation criteria’s, ensure the traceability of batch management in Lab.
积极开展实验室内的质量控制工作，落实高质量的存档工作，实现批次管理上有效的可追溯性。
4、 No mistake to perform the testing. No careless on the confirming of production receipt preparation.
协助主管进行配方管理。
5、To be able to conduct simple equivalent maintenance and troubleshooting on lab equipment.
实验室设备的维护与分析。
6、To highlight any quality issues or any equipment abnormality, problems in internal process, report to your supervisor to take preventive/ corrective actions effective and timely.
对检测或设备异常及时报告，并及时采取预防纠正措施
7、Record any issues or findings in the shift change record, summarize to your supervisor in the morning meeting to make quality defect recorded and work out improvement at regular interval.
做好交接班记录，每日例会需汇报质量缺陷记录及改善措施
8、Timely check that a proper MSDS file for raw material are maintained in SAP during incoming goods release.
释放原材料的，时不时开展原材料的MSDS文档的系统确认。
9、Support your supervisor to prepare well the training documents well and play active role to coach each.
协助主管准备培训资料
10、To carry out good daily housekeeping and proper waste disposal in the laboratory.
保持实验室区域的干净、整洁和有序。
11、 Support your supervisor prepare well the purchase and stock on chemical or tools used in lab
协助主管负责实验室设备的采购。


QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 岗位要求

1、 Minimum Education Required: Technical school degree or above of chemical Engineering/process and chemical analysis. University degree will be welcome.
化学/高分子专业大专以上学历，本科生优先
2、Good health, no chemical allergic,adapt to night shift
身体状况良好，无化学品过敏,能适应倒班
3、 Documentation skills are desirable, the skills on MS office is preferred.
良好的文档处理能力
4、Responsibility and reliable, strong execution and honesty
为人可靠有责任心，有较强的执行能力
5、Communication skills are required
良好的沟通能力
6、Knowledge on coloristic is preferred also
有配色经验优先
7、English is also required 有一定的英语基础
