【工作内容】
1、在导师指导下学习并掌握汽车金属零部件的焊接工艺规范与操作技能；
2、协助完成焊前工件清理、定位及焊后焊缝打磨等基础加工任务；
3、严格执行安全生产操作规程，负责日常焊接设备的点检与简单维护；
4、配合生产计划进行试制件焊接，记录关键工艺数据并反馈异常情况；
5、参与车间现场 6S 管理，保持作业区域整洁有序，确保物料摆放规范。

【任职要求】
1、中专及以上学历，机械、焊接或相关专业优先，无经验亦可培养；
2、了解焊接基础知识，持有特种作业操作证（熔化焊接与热切割）者优先；
3、身体健康，无色盲色弱，能适应倒班工作制及一定强度的体力劳动；
4、具备较强的安全意识和责任心，服从车间调度安排，具有良好的团队协作精神；
5、学习能力强，愿意在焊接领域长期发展。 公司简要介绍：
