The In Store Artisan Intern will provide an exceptional in-store experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization! While working in-store you will act as a Golden Goose ambassador, engaging with customers, promoting products and storytelling.

Responsibilities:

?tWill utilize artistic abilities to deliver an in-store experience focused on customer satisfaction, by ensuring an excellent and exciting shopping experience.

?tGuarantee proper brand storytelling with customers by understanding the Golden Goose brand and values.

?tCommunicate product knowledge and accurately describe the items and customization options.

?tAnticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and high level of customized customer service.

?tCo-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'

?tProactively stay informed and up-to-date on product information.

?tParticipate as "one team", supporting to accomplish team goals and maximize sales.

?tStrictly follow Golden Goose procedures, policies and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.

Qualifications:

?tAn artistic skillset (painting, drawing, sketching, doodling!)

?tSelf-motivated with positive attitude and professional selling techniques

?tGood customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
