1. 负责合同内容的核对，合同文本的出具及归档管理；

2. 协助合同、法律文件的草拟、审核；

3. 协助商标、专利等知识产权的管理及维护；

4. 配合完成诉讼、合规、行政投诉等其他法律事务的处理；

5. 完成领导交办的其他事项。

任职要求：

法学专业大三、大四或研二在校生，通过CET6以及法考优先；
每周可实习3各工作日及以上；
