职位描述
Be responsible for NAND and its system’s test solution design, assessment, development and maintenance, including hardware R/D, software development, embedded system development and data analysis.
Be responsible for automatic test equipment validation, qualification, production environment setup, production maintenance and performance enhancement.
Participate in new technology and product design and development. Be responsible for R&D test activities from pre-silicon to post-silicon and from wafer level to system level, including Design Validation, Engineering Evaluation, Qualification Support, Failure Analysis and test coverage improvement.
Collaborate across geographies and departments (PE, MH, Device, Packaging, Firmware/System and Design) to develop and maintenance R&D and mass production test codes to meet requirement of both high quality and short development cycle.
Be responsible for engineering investigation, failure mode analysis and test resolution on design/process/packaging issues.
Be responsible for yield improvement and test time optimization.


负责闪存及其系统测试解决方案的设计、评估、开发及维护，包括硬件研发、软件开发、嵌入式系统研发以及数据分析；
负责自动化测试平台的验证、验收、生产环境搭建、量产维护及性能优化；
参与新技术、新产品的设计及研发。负责从流片前到流片后、硅片级到系统级的整体测试研发工作，包括设计验证、工程评价、质量鉴定支持和失效分析、测试覆盖率提升；
跨区域、跨部门（产品，闪存研发，器件，封装，固件系统、设计及生产）合作，开发并维护研发及量产测试代码，同时满足高质量和快速研发周期的需求；
对设计、工艺、封装发生的问题进行调查，失效模式分析并提供测试解决方案；
负责良率提升及测试成本优化；


职位要求
Electrical/Electronic/Computer/Material Engineering background with MS degree.
Coding experience with one or some of C/C++/Java/Perl/Python.
Basic knowledge on storage & flash
Ability to troubleshoot, analyze complex problems, multi-task and meet deadlines.
Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
Good teamwork, willingness to learn, logical thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
