核心工作内容
协助部门完成培训资料、数据、项目日常工作，具体职责：
1. 培训材料整理、归档、排版优化；
2. 负责培训各类数据整理、数据校对汇总；
3. 跟进培训项目进度，做好流程协助、进度同步工作；
4. 英文培训资料、文档校对及基础翻译整理；
5. 完成部门负责人交办的其他日常辅助工作。
任职要求
1. 在校大学生，实习时间稳定，每周到岗至少3天；
2. 熟练使用Excel、PPT办公软件；
3. 英语读写能力良好；
4. 做事细心踏实、执行力强，擅长资料整理、项目跟进；
5. 有相关行政/培训实习经验优先。

Job Responsibilities
Assist the team with daily work of training materials, data and training projects. Specific duties are as follows:
1. Sort out, file and optimize the training materials;
2. Collate, proofread and summarize various training data;
3. Follow up training project progress, assist project process and synchronize updates timely.
4. Proofread English training documents and finish basic document translation.
5. Complete other daily tasks assigned by department supervisor.
Job Requirements
1. Current college student with stable internship schedule, available at least 3 working days per week.
2. Proficient in Excel and PPT.
3. Good English reading and writing skills.
4. Reliable and high execution; good at document sorting and project follow-up;
