Responsibilities
Process optimization and improvement: assist in data collecting and analysis of existing business and production processes and promote the optimization of standardized operational procedures.
Project execution and tracking: support the implementation, testing, verification, and finalization of improvement plans for ongoing projects, and report the progress regularly.
Data analysis and reporting: Participate in the collection and collation of the company's KPI data, identify problems, and propose improvement suggestions.
Training and Learning: participate in training on continuous improvement tools and share what you’ve learned internally.
Perform other support tasks assigned by the department.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree or above, with major in industrial engineering, industrial design or related fields preferred.
Work in a 2-month internship during the summer break.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and concepts.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PPT).
Strong learning ability and a serious, responsible attitude.
Fluent English both in Spoken and written.
