Brief description of the position: To ensure the purchasing of goods and service based on the purchasing request (PR) of Business Unit of Volkswagen Group China. The position ensures the best price for goods and services through a transparent, compliant and competitive purchasing process in accordance with the required quality and time.



Key Tasks:

Market analysis and familiarity for assigned E-class, synergy strategy and execution.
Tender coordination with BU, setup clear procurement timeline and collection of tender documents.
Bidder list proposal, supplier resources check and selection, execute sourcing process.
Proposal of Award process guidance and evaluation.
Price and condition negotiation, evaluate supplier quotations.
Process materials preparation and record in Globe / Easybuy.
Presentation for nomination in Group meetings - in the area of the buyer's responsibilities, in Globe / Easybuy.
Execute contract process based on approved nomination.
Purchase Order - in SRM/Easybuy/SAP.




Qualification and skills required for the position:

Education: Bachelor or above degree
Knowledge, skills and others:
Skills in communication, interpersonal and coordination
Skills in finance/business administration
Ability to solve problems independently and target/process oriented
Very conscientious, responsible and compliant working attitude
Fluent in English and Chinese. Optional: German language
