Responsibilities:
负责员工人事档案管理，包括信息整理、维护与更新；
Manage employee personnel files, including organizing, maintaining, and updating employee records.
协助HR系统的日常维护及数据更新，确保信息准确性；
Support daily maintenance of HR systems and ensure timely and accurate data updates.
协助处理日常人事相关事务；
Assist with daily HR administrative tasks.
完成直属上级安排的其他工作；
Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications:
在校大学生，专业不限，人力资源或相关专业优先；
Current university student, major不限; HR-related majors preferred.
每周至少可工作3天，优先考虑能长期任职者；
Available at least 3 days per week; long-term available preferred；
工作认真细致，有责任心，具备良好的执行力；
Detail-oriented, responsible, and execution-driven.
熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、Word等）优先；
Proficient in MS Office (e.g., Excel, Word) is preferred.
英语读写流利。
