Daily Job 日常工作：
?Organize, file and update fleet-related documents, records and supporting materials at the Songjiang site.
在松江基地整理、归档并更新车队相关资料、记录及支持性文件。
?Provide backup support to Team Leader for daily administrative follow-up, document handling and other routine tasks as assigned.
?作为车队管理人的后备支持，协助完成日常事务跟进、文件处理及其他安排的常规工作。
?Assist SHEQ with safety documentation, training material preparation and participation in relevant safety training when required.
协助SHEQ进行安全资料整理、培训材料准备，并按需参与相关安全培训。
?Support the OP team in the downtown office every Friday, including closing orders in Monitor and organizing related POD documents.
每周五前往市区协助OP团队，包括关闭Monitor中的订单及整理相关回单。

Responsibilities & Aims 责任与目标
?Improve the standardization and accuracy of fleet and operation-related document management.
提升车队及运营资料管理的规范性与准确性。
?Ensure backup support capability for key positions to reduce business operation risks.
确保关键岗位具备替补支持能力，降低业务运行风险。
?Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the safety management system.
支持安全管理体系的落地与持续优化。

Requirement 要求
?Current student, preferably majoring in logistics, supply chain, management or related fields.
在校学生，物流、供应链、管理或相关专业优先。
?Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and other office software.
熟练使用 Excel、Word 等办公软件。
?Good capability in data organization and document management.
具备良好的数据整理与文档管理能力。
?Responsible, detail-oriented and execution-driven.
有责任心，细致认真，执行力强。
?Good communication skills and team collaboration awareness.
