ACCOUNTABILITIES
工作职责
? Collect fund demand according to corporate business operation to support cash management.
? Responsible for daily bank reconciliation and account clearance.
? Responsible for employee stock operation and stock monthly report.
? Report for currency exposure & bank draft situation.
? Assist in handling Bank Acceptance Drafts (BAD), Letters of Credit (L/C), Bank Guarantees (BG), and bank mandates
? Ad-hoc project or work assigned by line manager.
MAIN ACTIVITIES
主要活动
Account clearance
? To complete daily accounts clearance for treasury transactions
? To remind related team to perform timely accounts clearance to ensure smooth monthly closing
Bank account maintenance and signatory updates
? To tightly follow up bank accounts’ opening and closure, timely update bank account list
? To work with site and bank for bank signatory update to ensure smooth banking operation
Reports
? To complete reports of account clearance, bank balance, bank fee and BA situation on time to support analysis requirement
Operation support
? To tightly follow up stock operation and report to ensure smooth stock process settlement
? To tightly follow up Bank Acceptance Drafts (BAD), Letters of Credit (L/C), Bank Guarantees (BG) process
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
能力/经验要求
? Familiar with Excel
? Good read and written English
? Able to handle confidential information appropriately
? Good knowledge of SAP
