岗位描述：
?Assist in the design, debugging, and optimization of electrical systems used in production equipment, including PLCs, sensors, actuators, and electrical components.
参与生产线相关设备的电气系统设计、调试与优化，包括 PLC、传感器、执行机构等基础电气元件的应用。
?Support daily maintenance, troubleshooting, and lead the root cause analysis for automated production lines, ensuring stable equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
支持完成自动化生产线的日常维护、主导故障排查及修复，并对设备进行改进建议输出，协助提高设备运行稳定性，减少停机时间
?Take responsibility for electrical schematic drafting, electrical cabinet design, PLC/HMI program adjustments, and related engineering tasks.
承担电气图纸绘制、电气柜设计、程序修改等工程技术工作
?Participate in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance of new equipment, as well as technical modification projects. And ensure compliance with safety and equipment standards.
参与新设备安装验收、技术改造项目的实施及数据整理, 确保产线设备稳定运行并满足安全要求
?Take Responsibility for preparing and maintaining technical documents, equipment maintenance plans, and standard procedures.
负责进行技术文档整理、标准更新、设备保养计划制定及技术员培训等工作
?Work in automation upgrade projects, including feasibility analysis, solution proposal, testing, and implementation for production efficiency improvement.
推进自动化升级改造，包括方案评估、功能测试、系统集成等相关工作，以提升生产效率与产品质量。
?Support continuous improvement initiatives, proposing solutions to enhance equipment reliability, process stability, and energy efficiency.
参与设备持续改善（CI）项目，提出合理化建议，促进设备可靠性、工艺稳定性以及能源使用效率的提升。
?Assist in establishing and updating equipment preventive maintenance plans, helping reduce failure rate and extend equipment life cycle.
参与制定和完善预防性维护（PM）计划，协助监控设备运行数据，分析趋势并提出优化建议。
?Ensure strict compliance with electrical safety standards, EHS policies, and corporate technical regulations, participating in safety inspections and risk assessments.
严格遵守电气安全规范、EHS 管理制度及公司安全要求，参与现场安全检查与风险评估
?Complete other assignments as required by supervisors and support to achieve the department target.

任职资格：
? Bachelor’s degree or above, New graduates are welcome.
本科及以上学历, 应届毕业生优先
?Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or related fields.
电气工程及其自动化、自动化、机电一体化等相关专业
?Solid understanding of basic circuit principles and common electrical components.
掌握基础电路原理，了解常用电气元器件。
?Knowledge of PLC systems (Siemens, Omron, or similar) Robot(KUKA FANUC or similar),Camera System is an advantage，
有 PLC（如 Siemens、Omron）机器人（如库卡，发那科）及照相系统课程学习或项目经验者优先。
?Basic capability in electrical drafting using tools such as Eplan or AutoCAD.
具备一定的 CAD 电气绘图能力（如 Eplan、AutoCAD）。

?Strong willingness to learn and passion for electrical engineering and automation in manufacturing environments.
