Responsibilities:
- Health and safety risk identification and assessment
- Develop EHS related management system in line with international standards and guidelines.
- Coordinate, implement and monitor the EHS management of site system, plans and work Procedures.
- Ensure occupational health and industrial health management are developed, documented, implemented and tested.
- Provide safety and health practices, policy training and ensure relevant employees and contractors receive appropriate training.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain inspection records and investigates complaints and suspected violations. Monitoring follow-up actions.
- Conducts EHS Operational Audits, analyze EHS data and records from all countries to ensure the quality of EHS management system.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and above, in major in Safety, Public Health and Preventive Medicine，Chemical, EHS or Related.
- -2 years safety management or occupational health management experience will be preferred.
- Working knowledge in EHS Management Systems, EHS Auditing Techniques etc. Good training & communication skill, capable of developing and delivering EHS related trainings indecently.
- Ability to present training programs, good communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking, at least CET-4 certificate Master Microsoft office applications.
- Strong in analyzing, independent problem-solving, organization, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to perform.
- Good ability to learn new knowledge.
