Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams in new silicon development starting from the early stages of product definition.
- Determine the appropriate tester platform and configuration to meet product specifications and manufacturing needs.
- Develop and support debugging of Probe and Final Test (FT) test solutions, including Probe and FT test hardware designs, ensuring both cost efficiency and product quality requirements are met.
- Develop and validate analog IP on the BACES system.
- Support silicon matrix characterization and initial data analysis, customer sample deliveries, and product reliability requirements.
- Conduct reliability stress testing to qualify new products and packages, and support NTI certification for emerging technologies.
- Apply technical knowledge and expertise to improve product yields, test times, and test coverage to meet industry benchmark standards.
- Implement Best Known problem-solving methodologies to collaborate with Design, Applications, and Manufacturing teams in addressing new product introduction challenges.
- In addition to project execution, participate in various working groups focused on enhancing test methodologies and improving test efficiency.
- Resolve customer cases during the NPI (New Product Introduction) phase.
Qualifications:
- Master degree with EE, Industrial Engineering, Communication or Automation related major.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English (CET-6 or Similar Grading Test) and Mandarin require to liaise with US, Europe and Asia.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially with Excel and PowerPoint is desired. Good skill at VBA is preferred.
- Excellent logical analysis ability, strong sense of Responsibilities:
and ownership are a must.
- Data analysis and data visualization experience on power BI, Python, etc. is a plus.
- Experience/Education (PMP Certification) in Project Management will be an advantage.
- Team player, willing to learn, take on challenges, self-motivated and able to work well in fast paced environment.
