Summary/Objective摘要/目标
This position is a Sales Support Intern, mainly responsible for supporting daily sales operations of sales Department, including inputting production planning and inventory data, as well as assisting follow-up work such as business progress tracking and team field schedules. 该职位为销售助理实习生，主要负责支持销售业务部销售日常工作，包括生产计划与库存数据录入；协助上级跟进业务进度、团队外勤行程安排等相关工作。

Essential Functions/基本职能
?Monthly input of production planning and inventories in accordance with marketing director and cooperation with sales/technical staff /SCM /MRP. 每月根据营销总监并与销售人员/技术人员/SCM/MRP部门配合输入生产计划和库存。
?Asist to superior to timely monitor and track the business progress and team business itinerary协助上级及时监控、跟踪业务进度和团队业务行程。
?Follow up on sales accounts receivable and overdue payments and remind sales staff. 跟进销售业务部的应收账款及逾期款项并提醒销售人员。
?Inform the staff of the sales data/statistics indicated by the superior. 将上级指示的月度销售数据/统计数据告知员工。
?Assist in sales meetings / marketing events.协助销售业务部部门会议/市场活动。
?To complete assignments delegated from superiors. 完成上级安排的任务。

Required Education and Experience/所需教育和经验
?Master’s degree 硕士在读学历
