一、岗位简介/Job Overview
本次招聘的市场实习生偏向数字营销，将参与头部工业机器人品牌全链路B端数字营销工作，协助负责内容运营、线上活动落地、付费投放运维、数据复盘、数字资产管理等核心业务。依托外企标准化营销体系，接触智能制造、协作机器人赛道前沿营销模式，积累多维度、系统化的ToB营销实战经验。
We are recruiting a Marketing Intern with a focus on digital marketing. The intern will participate in end-to-end B2B digital marketing initiatives for a leading industrial robotics brand, supporting core activities such as content operations, online campaign execution, paid advertising management, data review, and digital asset management. Through exposure to a standardized marketing system in a multinational company, the intern will gain insight into cutting-edge marketing practices in smart manufacturing and collaborative robotics, while building comprehensive and systematic hands-on experience in B2B marketing.

二、岗位职责/Key Responsibilities
1. 协助微信公众号、官网、领英等平台的市场内容整理、翻译、校对与发布支持，确保内容准确、清晰并符合品牌调性。
Support the preparation, translation, proofreading and publishing of marketing content across platforms such as WeChat Official Account, official website and LinkedIn, ensuring accuracy, clarity and brand consistency.
2. 协助线上活动及市场项目执行，包括活动物料准备、报名信息整理、现场/线上支持、活动资料归档等基础工作。
Assist in the execution of online campaigns and marketing projects, including material preparation, registration data organization, on-site/online support and post-event document archiving.
3. 协助官网及营销落地页的日常内容更新，配合完成页面信息维护、简单问题跟进及相关需求对接。
Support regular content updates for the official website and marketing landing pages, including page information maintenance, basic issue follow-up and coordination on related requests.
4. 协助整理数字营销相关数据，如活动报名、内容表现、广告线索等，支持团队完成基础数据汇总和效果复盘。
Help organize digital marketing data, such as event registrations, content performance and advertising leads, and support the team in basic data consolidation and performance review.
5. 协助市场物料和数字资产管理，包括图片、视频、手册、案例资料等内容的整理、归档和简单适配。
Assist in managing marketing materials and digital assets, including sorting, archiving and making simple adaptations to images, videos, brochures and case materials.
6. 支持市场团队日常运营工作，如文档排版、会议纪要、资料整理、跨团队沟通跟进及其他临时性任务。
Provide daily operational support to the marketing team, such as document formatting, meeting minutes, material organization, cross-team follow-up and other ad-hoc tasks.

三、任职要求/Job Requirements
1. 本科及以上在读学生，市场营销、新闻传媒、广告学、中文、英语等相关专业优先；每周可稳定出勤3天及以上，实习期不少于3个月。
Current undergraduate or postgraduate student, preferably majoring in Marketing, Journalism and Communication, Advertising, Chinese, English or related fields; able to work at least 3 days per week for no less than 3 months.
2. 熟练使用Office办公软件，具备基础的Excel数据整理、PPT排版和Word文档编辑能力。
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with basic skills in Excel data organization, PowerPoint formatting and Word document editing.
3. 具备良好的中英文读写能力，能够协助完成市场内容翻译、校对和资料整理工作。
Good Chinese and English reading and writing skills, with the ability to support marketing content translation, proofreading and material organization.
4. 认真细致，责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力和学习意愿，能够配合团队完成日常市场支持工作。
Detail-oriented, responsible and willing to learn, with good communication skills and the ability to support the team in daily marketing operations.
5. 对数字营销、新媒体运营或B2B行业感兴趣；具备基础图片处理或视频剪辑能力者优先。
Interest in digital marketing, social media operations or the B2B industry is preferred. Basic graphic editing or video editing skills are a plus. 公司简要介绍：
