Position definition/ 职务定义:
Do the jobs which RD manager/supervisors/engineers arrange in time and report the status before leaving work every day

Responsibility / 工作职责：
- Make 3D design and 2D drawing according to R&D engineer requirement.
根据研发工程师的要求进行3D设计和2D图纸制作。
- Assemble all kinds of samples according to R&D engineer requirement.
根据研发工程师的要求进行各种用途样机的组装。
- Disassemble the failure test machine and finish the failure analysis report according to R&D engineer.
根据研发工程师的要求对失效机器进行拆机并完成失效分析报告。
- Arrange samples quotation and place samples order according to R&D engineer requirement.
根据研发工程师的要求安排样品报价和制作样品订单。
- Make the process document according to R&D manager and supervisor requirements.
根据研发经理和主管的要求，制作部门流程文件。
- Make other kinds of technical documents according to R&D manager, supervisor and engineer.
根据研发经理，主管和工程师的安排制作其它各种技术文档。
- Other R&D related jobs and other duties set by the R&D Manager, supervisor and engineer.
其他研发经理，主管和工程师安排的研发相关工作和其它工作以。

Necessary competency Requirement / 必须的能力要求：
- Bachelor’s degree or above, manufacturing technology, Mechanical or related majors, preferred master’ degree
在校学士及以上学位，机械相关专业。在校硕士优先
- Good written and spoken English, and must pass the CET4, preferred CET6
英语读写流利,通过CET 4，CET6优先
- Good interpersonal skills and team player
良好的人际沟通能力和团队精神。
- Familiar with 3D design with 3D design software, preferred Catia
熟练使用3D设计软件进行设计，熟练使用Catia软件优先。
- Familiar with office software.
熟练使用office办公软件。

Other requirement / 其它要求：
- Need to work 3 days every week, preferred work 5 days every week.
每周需最少到岗3天，可以5天全勤优先。
