Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Development & Learning Support
? Support end-to-end execution of talent development programs (e.g., Leadership Essentials, AI Academy, English Program)
? Coordinate training logistics: scheduling, invitations, registration, attendance tracking
? Prepare training materials, learning content, and communication assets
? Track program data (participation, feedback, impact) and support reporting
2. Learning Experience & Logistics
? Manage onsite/online training logistics (venue, materials, sign-in, follow-ups)
? Support program communication (email, posters, internal campaigns)
? Capture photos/videos and support content creation for learning promotion
3. Early Career & Recruiting Event Support
? Support intern and early career programs
? Assist in organizing recruiting events (career fairs, info sessions, employer branding activities)
? Coordinate candidate engagement and event logistics
4. Leadership & HR Projects
? Support leadership development and culture programs (e.g., OE culture initiatives)
? Assist in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and progress tracking
? Contribute to HR/talent projects (data analysis, insights, PPT preparation)

Qualifications
? Bachelor’s or Master’s student
(Preferred majors: Human Resources, English, Translation, Marketing, or related)
? Strong communication skills with good oral English and workable written English
? Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong ownership mindset
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across stakeholders
