Job Purpose职位目的：
?协助人力资源与行政团队的日常运营工作.
Assist in the daily operations of the HR&GA team.

Job Responsibilities岗位职责：
HR相关HR Related:
?协助招聘流程：发布职位、筛选简历、电话邀约、安排面试；
Assist in the recruitment cycle: job posting, resume screening, phone invitations, interview scheduling.
?协助办理入转调离手续，维护员工档案及HR信息系统 (iHR, Infor)数据；
Assistant in handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures; maintain employee files and HR information system (iHR, Infor) data.
?整理月度考勤数据，协助蓝领薪酬相关基础数据核对；
Compile monthly attendance data; assist in basic data verification for blue collar payroll.
?协助策划与组织员工活动 (电影夜，团建)、培训及企业文化建设；
Assist in planning and organizing employee activities (Mowi Movie Night, Team Buidling), training sessions, and corporate culture initiatives.
?支持HRGA部门日常事务，如文件翻译、报表制作、发布公告等;
Support daily HRGA operations, including document translation, report preparation, and notice updates;
GA 相关 GA Related:
?负责办公用品&零食采购、库存管理及分发，保障日常办公需求；
Responsible for office supplies & snacks procurement, inventory management, and distribution to ensure daily office needs.
?协助办公环境维护；
Assist in office environment maintenance;
?协助行政费用付款流程、供应商管理及合同管理；
Assist in administrative expense payment, vendor management, and contract management.
?领导安排的其他工作。
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirements任职要求：
?本科及以上在读，2027届毕业生优先；
Currently in a bachelor's degree program or above; Class 2027 preferred.
?人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业优先；
Majors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
?熟练使用 Microsoft Office（Excel , PPT, Outlook）；
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel , PPT, Outlook）
?英语CET-4及以上，具备良好的英语读写能力（CET-6或雅思/托福优先）
CET-4 or above in English, with good reading and writing skills (CET-6, IELTS, or TOEFL preferred).
?有人力资源或行政相关实习经验者优先。
Prior internship experience in HR or administration preferred.
?具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队协作精神；
Good communication and coordination skills, and team spirit.
?工作细致认真，责任心强。
