Louis Vuitton, a renowned leader in the luxury fashion industry, is seeking a
dynamic and driven individual to join our Human Resources team as an HR Intern.
As an intern, you will have the unique opportunity to learn about HR practices
in a global organization and contribute to various facets of our HR function,
gaining valuable experience and fostering your professional growth.



Key Responsibilities:

1. HR Administration and Support:

- Assist with general administrative tasks, including managing employee
files, data entry, and preparing HR documents such as offer letters, employment
contracts, and termination letters.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions,
ensuring the smooth running of HR processes.

- Maintain and update HR databases and systems to ensure accuracy and
compliance with data protection regulations.



2. Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Collaborate with the HR team in coordinating the recruitment process,
including posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, conducting initial
screenings, and scheduling interviews.

- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire welcome kits,
organizing orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with company policies
and procedures.



3. Employee Relations:

- Assist with employee communication initiatives, including drafting
newsletters, maintaining HR intranet portals, and supporting the rollout of
company-wide HR programs.

- Contribute to employee engagement activities, such as assisting in the
coordination of team-building events and recognition programs.

- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive
employee information, inquiries, and concerns.



4. HR Projects and Compliance:

- Support HR team members in various HR projects, such as policy reviews,
process improvements, and talent development initiatives.

- Assist with HR compliance tasks by ensuring timely completion of HR audits,
record-keeping, and adherence to employment laws and regulations.



Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, with a passion for the luxury
fashion industry.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and
PowerPoint.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for
detail.

- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with
professionalism and discretion.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to
continuous improvement.

- Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

- Value added if skillful in video editing, photo-shooting, poster design
