岗位职责：
1. 主要负责日常换模，上下模操作，设置注塑参数；
2. 模具安装及周边设备的连接，独立操作单臂机械手；
3. 负责日常注塑零件的不良调试；
4. 2K机械人的调试；
5. 对于生产异常进行主动分析并进行改善；
6. 对于产能异常能够分析并进行优化；
7. 能够有效的进行跨部门沟通工作；

岗位要求：
1．具有大专以上学历，在校生
2．身体健康，能吃苦耐劳，适应生产线操作；
3．具有较强的工作责任心和团结协作精神；
4．具有一定的管理、沟通、协调能力，对突发事件具有一定的应变能力；
