海运单证实习生将协助公司处理海运单证，包括审核发票、制作舱单、核对船名船籍、处理舱单和提单等。协助更新公司数据库，以及公司内部的书信和文件处理。
主要职责：
- 负责处理海运单证，包括审核发票、制作舱单、核对船名船籍、处理舱单和提单等。
- 协助更新公司数据库，确保数据准确无误。
- 协助处理公司内部的书信和文件，保持良好的文件管理。
- 参与公司内部的工作交流，积极提出问题并寻求解决方案。
职位要求：
- 大专及以上学历，国际贸易专业优先。
- 熟练掌握英语听说读写能力，具备良好的书面表达能力。
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，具有一定的数据分析能力。
- 具备较强的责任心和团队合作精神，能够承受一定的工作压力。
- 有意在海运行业发展的候选人优先考虑。
