Responsibilities:
1. Drive the development and industrialization for Pentatonic products, ensuring readiness for high-volume serial production.
2. Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize process performance, cost efficiency, and product quality.
3. Design innovative and cost-effective manufacturing solutions, covering the full value stream from raw material handling (e.g., magazine/silo) to final pack out.
4. Use simulations and physical trials to validate manufacturing concepts and proactively mitigate risks; Define sampling objectives and lead structured experimentation (e.g., DOE) to optimize process parameters for series production.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
6. Create and maintain process and equipment SOW for both development and serial production.
7. Use development tools such as P-FMEA, project tracker for development and customer projects.
8. Communicate project progress and results to management and drive required next steps.
9. Ensure full adherence to all company standards and actively contribute to the evolution of global standards based on LL.

Requirements:
1. University degree (Bachelor or Master)
2. Deep knowledge in design of plastic processing is a strong plus
3. Experience with equipment and assembly process is a strong plus
4. Basic knowledge in equipment design for plastic parts assembly is necessary
5. Excellent business/technical English language skills are necessary
6. Able to communicate on all levels in a cross-functional and cross-cultural team
7. Strong systematic and self-driven character with an abstract thinking process (DoE, material & process know how, validation methods)
8. Willingness to travel
