【工作内容】
1、协助维护 CRM 系统数据，周报月报更新工作；
2、配合执行日常营销活动，监控活动数据并输出基础效果报表；
3、对接零售门店收集客户反馈，整理分析消费行为以支持精准营销策略；
4、参与会员权益体系优化项目，协助策划节日促销及商场周年庆等互动方案；
5、协同跨部门合作，跟进问题闭环并定期复盘提升服务体验。

【任职要求】
1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、统计学或相关专业优先，每周出勤不少于4天；
2、熟悉 Excel 函数操作，擅长数据分析工具使用经验者优先考虑；
3、对零售行业及会员运营有浓厚兴趣，具备良好的逻辑思维与数据敏感度；
4、沟通表达清晰，责任心强，能高效协作并适应快节奏的实习工作环境；
5、熟练使用 Office 办公软件，具备良好的文档撰写能力及学习能力。 公司简要介绍：
