Responsibilities:
CLIENT DEVELOPMENT (75%):
- Support end-to-end CRM operations, including but not limited to resolve WeCom issues, managing gift logistics and redemptions, and coordinating clienteling execution and performance tracking.
- Prepare and monitor regular CRM KPIs and activation reports.
- Assist in planning and executing of client engagement initiatives, work closely with suppliers and retail team.
- Research competitor activities and compile actionable insight.
- Support related administrative and financial processes.
COMMUNICATION (25%):
- Maintain accurate records of PR stock (including sample and seeding inventory tracking, condition checks, and location logs).
- Organize and coordinate the timely delivery of PR samples to media, influencers, and internal stakeholders by campaign and by project based.
- Support the daily operation of official social media account on and WeChat Channels, including content scheduling and coordination with internal/external content creators.

Requirement
- A minimum of 4 days on duty each week.
- Strong sense of responsibility and keen to details.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to use Excel (Vlook-up, Pivot Table is a must) and other tools for basic data processing.
- Proficiency in written English for daily email, report compiling, etc.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above with major in marketing, business administration, or related field. 公司简要介绍：
