浙江工商大学杭州商学院（以下简称“学院”）是1999年经浙江省人民政府批准设立、2018年通过浙江省独立学院规范设置省级验收的全日制本科独立学院。学院继承和发扬浙江工商大学“诚毅勤朴”的优良校风，坚持“应用型、创新型、区域化、国际化”的办学定位，走“开放、融合、卓越”的发展战略。学院下设10个教学部门（含7个学科性学院），以经管类学科为主体，构建经、管、文、法、工、艺、理七大学科协同发展的本科专业总体布局。学院坐落于“钟灵毓秀之地、潇洒文明之邦”的杭州桐庐，校区占地为542亩，另有山体公园260亩，建筑面积22余万平方米。坐落在风景秀丽的富春江畔，交通便利。

为进一步优化外语学院师资结构，提升英语口语教学质量，丰富学生外语实践教学活动，适配当前人才培养及课程教学实际需求，现公开招聘语言类外籍教师一名。具体事项公告如下：

一、招聘岗位及性质

I.PositionandEmploymentType

岗位名称：语言类外籍教师

PositionTitle:ForeignLanguageTeacher

岗位性质：以合同制形式引进，合同两年一签。

二、基本条件

II.Qualifications

1.遵守我国法律法规及学院规章制度，身体健康，无犯罪记录；

1.ComplywithChineselawsandregulationsaswellastheCollege’srulesandpolicies;beingoodhealthandhavenocriminalrecord;

2.母语或本国官方通用语言为英语，能够全英文授课。

2.BeanativespeakerorofficiallanguagespeakerofEnglish,andbeabletodeliverinstructionentirelyinEnglish;

3.具有本科及以上学历，教育类专业优先；具备相关教学经历者优先；能够灵活组织口语课堂教学，擅长英语口语教学、英语写作教学等。

3.Holdabachelor’sdegreeorabove;preferencewillbegiventocandidateswithadegreeineducationorarelatedfield,andtothosewithrelevantteachingexperience;beabletoflexiblyorganizeoralEnglishclassesandbeproficientinteachingoralEnglishandEnglishwriting;

4.热爱中国和中国文化，对教学工作具有责任心和敬业精神；熟悉多元文化，积极配合学院各项课外实践教学活动。能够协助英语演讲、辩论赛的指导与评审等工作；

4.HaveagenuineinterestinChinaandChineseculture,anddemonstrateastrongsenseofresponsibilityandprofessionalisminteaching;befamiliarwithmulticulturalenvironmentsandactivelycooperatewiththeCollege’sextracurricularteachingactivities;beabletoassistinguidingandjudgingEnglishspeechcontestsanddebatecompetitions.

三、工作内容

III.DutiesandResponsibilities

1.承担英语教学工作，每周基本课时为16课时，具体课程安排根据外语学院实际教学要求开展。

1.UndertakeEnglishteachingdutieswithabasicteachingloadof16teachinghoursperweek;specificcourseassignmentsshallbemadeaccordingtotheactualneedsoftheSchoolofForeignLanguages.

2.支持学院各类国际交流与学生活动，指导学生参加英语类竞赛，参与招生宣传等相关工作。

2.SupporttheCollegeinitsinternationalexchangeprogramsandstudentactivities;guidestudentsinEnglish?relatedcompetitions;andparticipateinenrollmentpromotionactivities.

四、薪资待遇及福利

IV.CompensationandBenefits

1.基本工资税前月薪9000元，每月发放住房补贴2000元；

1.Monthlybasesalary:RMB9,000(pre?tax),plusamonthlyhousingallowanceofRMB2,000;

2.每学期末根据教学表现给予1—1.2万元学期末补贴；

2.Asemester?endperformancebonusofRMB10,000–12,000,contingentonteachingperformance,isawardedattheendofeachsemester;

3.学院协助办理来华工作手续，享受带薪寒暑假，其余福利参照学院相关规定执行。

3.TheCollegewillassistwiththeprocessingofwork?relatedformalitiesforcomingtoChina;theteacherisentitledtopaidwinterandsummervacations;otherbenefitsareprovidedinaccordancewiththeCollege’srelevantregulations.
