Mission of Job
1. Support data governance and data quality management in Direct and Indirect Purchasing for Rail locations, and Indirect Purchasing for CVS locations
2. Support data checks related to Supplier Sustainability Assessment.
3. Support supplier survey administration (including creation and update of survey forms, consolidation, etc.)
4. Support global implementation of indirect purchasing processes and tools
5. Support Power BI operations, including basic DAX updates
6. Assist in the execution of Power Automate processes
7. Support APAC Jaggaer/Ariba data preparation and training activities
8. Prepare data reports for business presentations
9. Provide ad-hoc data and reporting support
Education required
1. University student (Bachelor/Master), preferably in Data/IT/Supply Chain.
2. Good Excel skills, basic data understanding
3. Proficient in English for work communication

Professional Experience required
1. Basic understanding of data logic and data structures
2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
3. Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, data handling)
4. Interest in automation tools (e.g., Power Automate)
5. Ability to work in a multinational environment
6. Good command of English
7. Good communication skills
8. Experience with SAP/SRM (Jaggaer/Ariba) is preferred
9. Familiarity with BI tools is a plus

Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Support data governance and supplier master data maintenance
2. Support Ariba reporting and KPI data preparation
3. Support data checks related to Supplier Sustainability Assessment.
4. Assist in Power BI operations, including basic updates and issue handling
5. Maintain documentation and governance materials (including process documents and knowledge base)
6. Support automation execution (e.g., Power Automate), including testing and monitoring
7. Support APAC regional systems (Jaggaer/Ariba) and related training activities
8. Prepare and update training materials and operational guidelines
