岗位职责
? 负责项目新媒体平台的数据监测与分析，及时发现问题并提出优化建议，提升项目曝光度及市场关注度；
? 协助市场活动策划与执行，包括文案撰写、宣传物料跟进及活动现场支持；
? 协助社群运营及会员活动管理，包括报名信息整理、参与者沟通及场地协调等工作；
? 协助市场部日常运营工作，包括文件整理归档、流程跟进及跨部门沟通。

任职要求
? 本科或研究生在读，市场营销、广告、新闻传播等相关专业优先；
? 熟悉微信公众号、小红书、抖音等新媒体平台，有相关运营经验者优先；
? 具备良好的数据分析能力，熟练使用 Excel 及 PowerPoint；
? 具备一定的文案撰写能力，熟悉图片设计、视频剪辑等内容制作工具者优先；
? 工作认真细致，责任心强，沟通协调能力佳；
? 对市场营销、品牌推广或商业地产行业有浓厚兴趣，并希望长期发展；
? 每周可到岗不少于4天，能够连续实习6个月及以上者优先。
