? Actively participates in the development and implementation of processes, part development and equipment selection / installation

? Support development projects related to powder metallurgy components through material testing,
data analysis, and process evaluation

? Assist in experiments and evaluations that require understanding of powder metallurgy and material science principles
协助进行粉末冶金件产品材料特性的实验和评估
? Provides assistance in the recommendation of modifications to tooling, plant equipment and prototypes in development, to permit economical manufacturing; or to meet performance specifications and the requirements of serviceability
对开发中的模具、机器设备、工装夹具提出合理化建议，以满足性能规范及实用性、经济性要求
? Supports and participates in production team meetings to review and resolve Quality, Service, Operations, Facilities, Human Resources and Health & Safety issues when required

? Acts as a technical resource and provides support to the human resources, processes, products, and equipment employed within the area to which you may be assigned on a day-to-day basis

? Contributes towards meeting the goals of producing quality parts, on-time and at the lowest possible cost
