1.Based on the requirements of internal customers, organize and coordinate relevant departments under the guidance of supervisors to complete tasks such as supplier selection, price inquiry, technical clarification, negotiation, supplier appointment, and purchasing order maintenance and release, ensuring delivery requirements are met. 根据内部客户的采购需求，按照上级主管的指导组织和协调相关部门，完成供应商筛选、询价、技术澄清、议价、定点及订单维护和发放等工作，并满足交付要求。
2.Collect market data and provide supporting information for the development of sourcing strategy, taking into account market supply and demand, cost control targets, and the comprehensive capabilities and performance of suppliers. 收集市场数据，结合市场供需情况、成本控制目标和供应商的综合能力和表现，为年度采购策略的制定提供支持信息。
3. Promptly complete the maintenance and release of purchasing orders to ensure that suppliers provide products or services on time. Also, track the payment status of purchasing orders. 及时完成采购订单的维护及发放，以确保供应商及时提供产品或服务。并跟踪订单付款状态。
4.Complete the negotiation and signing of annual frame contracts with suppliers under the guidance of supervisors. 按照上级主管的指导完成供应商年度框架协议的谈判及签署。
5. Collect key cost data and market prices, and conduct cost analysis for the responsible products or services under the guidance of supervisors. Develop cost models to support final procurement decisions. 收集关键成本数据和市场价格，按照上级主管的指导对负责的产品或服务进行成本分析，构建定价模型，为最终的采购决策提供支持。
6.Continuously optimize costs for the responsible products or services through localization, annual negotiations, benchmark, supplier switching, and technical changes, under the guidance of supervisors. Promote cost-advantaged products or services to other countries and regions within the company. 按照上级主管的指导对负责的产品或服务通过国产化、年度谈判、市场比价、切换供应商、技术变更等方式持续优化成本。并将具有成本优势的产品或服务推广到公司其它国家和区域。
7.Support and assist other departments in controlling supplier quality, as well as ensuring supplier delivery performance of products and services. 支持和协助其它部门对供应商质量的管控，以及产品和服务的及时交付。
Qualifications：
1.本科及以上学历，机械工程等工科类专业优先；有采购实习经验的有限考虑，27、28届的同学可投递简历；Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering or related engineering fields is preferred; Having with internship experience in procurement is preferred；students from the 27th and 28th cohorts can submit your resumes；
2.具备采购管理，供应链管理，产品和技术知识，成本控制与分析，项目管理能力等； Possess skills in procurement management, supply chain management, product and technology knowledge, cost control and analysis, and project management;
3.具备流利的英语口语、阅读和写作能力； Have fluent oral, reading and writing skills in English;
4.具备计算机应用能力，尤其是微软和思爱普系统方面的技能； Have computer application skills, especially in Microsoft and SAP systems;
5.具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力，并具有积极主动的工作态度。精通与供应商、销售部门、质量保证/质量控制部门以及会计部门的协调工作。 Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive working attitude.
