岗位职责：
1. 根据客人提供的资料在相关系统中录入必要信息
2. 递交相关文件给单证中心同事制作提单草件
3. 在相关系统内制作主单草件
4. 与前后道相关部门同事沟通确保文件信息准确
5. 按照标准流程发送预报
6. 为客户开具账单
7. 核对供应商账单
8. 核查客户付款情况并发（寄）送提单
9. 核查并回复日常操作的报表
10. （电子）文件归档及处理

岗位要求：
1.本科以上学历，2027年毕业生
2.英文四级以上，能够阅读、书写英语邮件
3.能够独立利用电脑和相关办公软件完成日常单证工作
4具有优秀的沟通能力，思维敏捷，条理清晰
5.时间观念强，有服务意识
