Job Responsibility:
1. Provide quotations for fluid products within pre-agreed timescales, along with subsequent technical clarification documents and any other required documents by the customer, ensuring quotation accuracy, timeliness, and competitiveness.
2. Accurately and promptly record quotations to maintain departmental KPIs.
3. Proficient in fluid product principles, quickly create initial schematics based on customer requirements, and offer professional technical solutions.
4. Communicate effectively with domestic and international clients to understand their needs, address technical questions, and assist the sales team in project quotations and proposal development.
5. Review drawings to ensure they meet technical specifications and project requirements, providing a solid technical basis for quotations.
6. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Requirements
1. Language Skills: Fluent in English with excellent speaking, listening, reading, and writing abilities. Proficiency in Technical English is advantageous.
2. Professional Knowledge: Familiar with fluid product principles and capable of proficiently creating relevant schematics. Knowledge of fluid mechanics, mechanical design, and automation control is preferred.
3. Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related engineering fields.
4. Technical Skills: Proficient in using CAD and other drawing software to quickly and accurately create schematics. Strong data analysis skills to organize and analyze quotation data.
5. Other Requirements: Good communication skills and team spirit, a strong sense of responsibility, customer focus, the ability to work under pressure and the capacity to multitask and efficiently execute tasks.
