Job responsibilities:
? Provide daily calendar management and administrative support to the China Marketing organization.
? Track and monitor team budgets, prepare reports, and coordinate follow-up actions with Finance and external vendors.
? Support the team with Purchase Order (PO) processing, PO cut-off management, and payment coordination.
? Provide CRM-related support under the guidance and coaching of functional leads.

Qualifications:
? Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or a related field.
? Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
? Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
? Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are preferred.
? Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. 公司简要介绍：
