Job Responsibilities岗位职责：
? Responsible for new client acquisition, with core business encompassing multimodal transport, warehousing logistics, value-added services, and ground handling.
负责开拓新客户，业务范围主要包括多式联运、仓储物流及相关的增值服务和地面服务等；
? Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, conducting regular sales calls, accepting customers' inquiries, making complaints and answering customers' questions.
负责建立和维护客户关系，定期拜访客户，接受客户的咨询、投诉并解答客户疑问；
? Responsible for external quotation, follow up the progress of contract negotiation and signing, and timely feedback customer requirements.
负责对外报价、跟踪合同的谈判进展及签订并及时反馈客户要求；
? Responsible for establishing and maintaining customer profiles.
负责建立和完善客户档案资料；
? Responsible for receivables recovery and demand work, ensure sales collection.
负责应收账款的回收和催讨工作，保证销售回款；
? Responsible for conducting market research to facilitate the development, design, and refinement of company products.
负责市场调查，帮助公司开发、设计、改进产品；
? Prepared and submitted regular sales reports and activity summaries to senior management as required.
根据要求定期向上级提交销售报表和工作报告。

Qualifications 任职要求：
? Bachelor degree or above, no specific major required.
本科以上学历，物流、国际贸易类专业优先；
? Familiar with import and export customs declaration, warehouse and transportation related processes, freight forwarding sales experience.
熟悉进出口报关，仓库及运输相关流程，有货代销售经验者优先；
? Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
