工作职责：
1、审核付款申请，根据付款单编制付款凭证；
2、审核采购发票，及时核销审核后的应付、预付款；
3、审核总账费用付款申请，并按发票和付款单入账
4、配合准备当月开具应付票据的资料；
5、参与应付款的日常管理，包括往来对账、发生额统计、系统结账等；
6、其他相关事务。
Job Responsibilities:
1. Review payment requests and prepare payment vouchers based on the payment forms.
2. Review invoices and promptly clear audited accounts payable and prepayments.
3. Review of general ledger expense payment requests and post transactions to the ledger based on invoices and payment forms.
4. Assist in preparing documentation for issuing accounts payable bills for the current month.
5. Participate in the daily management of accounts payable, including account reconciliation, transaction volume reporting, and system closing.
6. Other related duties.

1、该职位需要配合英国时区, 上班时间为11:00-20:00
2、此工作主要处理英国的账务事宜。需要良好的英语书写及沟通能力，英语6级优先考虑
3、金融财务及商科背景专业
4、有责任心，细心，有良好的学习能力和抗压能力

Job Requirements:
1. This role requires working in alignment with UK time zone (GMT/BST), with fixed working hours from 11:00 to 20:00. Applications from candidates unable to accommodate this schedule will not be considered.
2. Primary responsibility involves managing UK accounts receivable. Strong written & oral English proficiency is mandatory; CET-6 certification is preferred.
3. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting ,Business Administration, or related fields.
