Role Statement
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Co-op/Intern to join our Engineering team. The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive documentation support to Equipment Engineers, Process Engineers, and Validation Engineers. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, revising, and managing critical technical documents including Operation & Maintenance Manuals, Validation Protocols/Reports, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a regulated engineering environment while contributing to key operational deliverables through the end of December.

Key Responsibilities/Objectives
1. Technical Documentation: Assist in the development, writing, and formatting of Operation and Maintenance Manuals for new and existing equipment.
2. Validation Support: Prepare and compile Validation Lifecycle documents (e.g., IQ/OQ/PQ protocols and summary reports) in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
3. SOP Creation: Draft, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with current operational practices.
4. Data Compilation: Collect and organize technical data, drawings, and specifications from engineers to integrate into cohesive document packages.
5. Version Control: Manage document revisions and maintain a centralized filing system to ensure all team members have access to the latest approved versions.
6. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with equipment, process, and validation engineers to understand technical requirements and translate them into user-friendly documentation.


Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
7. Education: Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s program.
8. Technical Writing Skills: Proven ability to read, write, and edit technical content in English
9. Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word (including styles, tables, and formatting) and the broader Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
10. Availability: Must be available to commit to the role through December 2026. 公司简要介绍：
