Key Responsibilities
? Independently collect, consolidate and analyze APAC HR data, and generate standardized analysis reports to support regional HR operation and decision-making
? Respond to HR data and system-related inquiries from cross-regional APAC business teams and provide effective solutions
? Optimize daily workflows including data sorting and report generation via AI Agent tools to improve overall team efficiency
? Support APAC HR Head in regional HR projects and ad-hoc operational tasks
Requirements
? Bachelor’s degree or above with overseas background. Multi-cultural company working experience is a plus.
? Fluent in oral and written English, capable of independent cross-border and cross-regional business communication
? Possess strong data sensitivity, logical thinking and practical data analysis capabilities
? Good at data analytics, and familiar with applications of AI tool.
? No professional HR knowledge required. Learning agility and potential are core evaluation criteria
