岗位职责
1. 收集、整理和分析生产运营相关数据，识别影响效率和生产力的关键因素；
2. 运用AI及数据分析工具，对业务问题进行研究并提出优化解决方案；
3. 协助建立生产力评估模型，完善各类影响因素（Impact Factors）的统计和计算逻辑；
4. 参与业务流程梳理与标准化，推动数据驱动的管理和决策；
5. 开发或优化自动化报表、看板及数据分析工具，提高数据处理效率；
6. 与生产、工程及相关职能团队合作，支持数字化和自动化项目落地。
岗位要求
1. 硕士在读，工业工程、数据科学、人工智能、化学工程、制造工程等相关专业优先；
2. 具备较强的数据分析和逻辑思维能力，熟练使用Excel，掌握Python、SQL或Power BI者优先；
3. 对AI应用、数据建模、流程优化及数字化转型有浓厚兴趣；
4. 具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力，能够独立分析问题并推动解决方案落地；
5. 英语读写听说良好。
